Your exhibitor space includes:
1.8m x 750mm trestle table
Up to two chairs
Approximately 2.2m wide x 1.5m deep allocated space
Room for a freestanding pull-up banner or display
Exhibitor access across both conference days
Exhibitor spaces will be positioned around the perimeter of the conference room. Some spaces may be located in front of windows, so signage and displays must be freestanding and remain within your allocated area.
Need something bigger? A limited number of larger spaces may be available by arrangement.

Does the $370 cover both days?
Yes. Your exhibitor fee covers your space for the full two-day Australian Hypnosis Conference, 11 and 12 September 2027. Need to bring a helper? ring Kerry about options.
Can two people attend the stand?
Yes. Your exhibitor space includes up to two chairs and can accommodate up to two representatives.
Can I bring banners and displays?
Absolutely. Freestanding pull-up banners and displays are welcome, provided they remain within your allocated exhibitor space.
Can I sell products or services at the conference?
Yes. Exhibitors are welcome to promote and sell their products and services directly from their space.
Do I need to be a hypnotherapist to exhibit?
No. We welcome businesses that provide relevant products or services to hypnotherapists, therapists, coaches, wellbeing professionals or their clients.
Can I request a larger space?
Possibly. A limited number of larger spaces may be available by arrangement. Contact Kerry to discuss what you need.
Is power available?
Yes. All exhibitor spaces have access to power.
